Hi Archinect, It been long time since my last post [Lets-start-a-social-network-for-buildings]. it was an amazing to see that response to this post on twitter and FB etc … it even made it on the front page for full 5 hours before Archinect decided to remove it. I think bjarke ingels gave them an angry call about me messing with his projects photos .. Mehh I still love bjarke :)

so Where were me ? well after my last post i got the letter [actually it was an email the bastards didn't even bother to send me a post mail ] from University of washington , School of Architecture telling me that the graduate committee have not selected me for the 2012 M.arch Program. I was super angry , Depressed and even suicidal. I sent them an angry emails and if it was up to me i would even throw angry birds on them. okay that was a silly joke. But i have been working on joining Architecture school for very long time.

I know that some of you (if they still reading) wonders did i just applied to one School ? well yes i did, for 2 reasons. 1) I needed to add so credit to my grades so i toke a full semester at UW since it was in my town 2) i didn't have enough money after i spent my last on this stupid semester to apply for different places especially that i got no job.

anyways i went to the head of the program Mr. Alex anderson as he kindly offered me to meet up with him to explain what went wrong. and from what i understood there wasn't much wrong with my application. it was just there were too many applicants and they simply had to turn down some even if they were qualified, because they go limited number. He ended up his talk with u got {potentials} and ur work [look promising] somehow those words did not make me happy. Three damn years i have been hearing the same damn words for too damn long every time i got C in undergrad School or received one of those [unfortunately, we hired someone else] emails .

But some would ask, why i am so angry this time more than ever ? I mean as Mr.Alex said there is always next year right ? well its not that simple sir Alex as i got a little problem. Besides that i got no money for even pay the 75 dollars application fees, I no longer remember anything about Architecture.Zero, Nothing , not from school nor from the short work experience i had before i lost my job after the market crashed.  Frightening ? Yes , at least for me.  but here is the more terrifying news .i got no skills to even find another job ! I am simply right now Good for nothing with lots of potentials and promises ….. L O L

When I wrote the 1^st piece [visa`s 101 for the black sheep`s citizen`s] I wasn’t think of showing it to anyone or even I would wrote a one, why? I have a Democracy issue`s rarrr … where is my xanax. Anyways I was chocked in democratic way!!! I was though that the policy of don’t ask don’t tell is copy rights by us (us = us not united states, we love you America don’t cut the USAID ~winks winks) but it seems a bigger problem, a Global problem. But who care about global errmm well I do…abet … not exactly but my the point is I will go through a specific experience with the black sheep moody applying for visa to the federal republic of Germany

First I have to say that I was going to speak about moody since birth but it’s BORING so I will split it in to 2 stories this one and another one coming soon exclusive and blah blah …

Moody little sheep before he graduate with a few month`s he felt lost and in his opinion it was too early to feel this but he did!! And what made him feels that lost is he suddenly woke up look at the calendar and yells...HOLLY SHIT I am going to graduate soon!! I guess you all know what that means … what!! Come on its too easy. He wasn’t know what he going to do with his life after graduation [people IQ PLEASE!]

Yeah I skipped the boring part he depressed he graduated ,work left the work and why he did blah blah blah and then he start looking for a job overseas ,economical crisis hit`s and finally he found a job for him an unpaid internship for 6 month in Germany

THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF [GERMAN EMBASSY IN CAIRO]!!

After I got accepted to this internship I visited the website of the German embassy in Cairo. So easy look everything in its place nothing unknowing … (a sound from the future: wait it’s a trap YOU FOOL!!)…

I will not going to repeat the same story I wrote in the [visa`s 101 for the black sheep`s citizen`s] if you want to know what happened if this 1^st time to read the black sheep education please read it ~smirks

So what I will write in here good question I will write on the tricks you will see with the federal republic of German embassy in Cairo

The employees of the embassy

After you take your interview date and make sure all documents okay and you drive to the embassy then you drive away from the embassy after you found that there is no place you can park in this foreigner country so you park your car in Seattle and walk back to find a big wall of security with special forces guards and embassy guards and anti everything in the world glass windows to protect the precious employees from a punch in the face to a nuclear attack

After I walk through all this finally I found the window I want:

Me: hi I want to apply for a visa

The guard: did you take an appointment

Me: Yeah

Then he in mechanical way take the papers from a box put a number on it and give them to me to fill them and to wait in the row . I waited and then the time came and I am in the front of the 1^st window in this day. A gray metal ’’box’’ came out from beneath of the window just like the sci-fi movies when a space ship open its door and the movie continuo with a voice came from a speakers ( put all the papers here ) oh my god oh my god oh my god am going to another planet YEEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. I put all the papers and she (I guess it, was a she~winks) pulled the box with almost my fingers with it but in kung-fu move I moved my fingers just in time and I was wonder why she wants my finger? Maybe for the biometric scan, who knows!!

The ET errrmm I mean the employee: why you want go to Germany

Me shaking: I have an internship there and you have the invitation from a German architecture officer with the other papers

The employee: aha and how did you know them

Me: from the internet

The employee: internet? Like they have an office in Cairo and you meet them there

Me: no they don’t have an office here I know them from something named (the internet)

The employee in nervous way: if they don’t have an office in Cairo then how you know them!!!!!

Me: …… from the internet

She left me with the papers in her hand and go inside for like 20 min`s then came back without any word to say she put a stamp on it and gave me all papers back and told me to go inside. And so I go inside to find another windows after 2 hours of waiting another ``she`` dose the same as the other she and after she came back from another inside she put a stamp toke my money and told me to go … ``that’s it`` I said she said yeah we will call you later. But they didn’t they just canceled my application a day after I applied for it without telling me.

The embassy, take two … After I go through all of the above and become in front of the 1^st window

Me: hi I applied for a visa before and its rejected and the foreign office (the one that I was think that it’s in charge of the embassy but it’s just an un-useful thing) say`s that I can resume it once I just give you this paper

The employee: who told you this!!!

Me: I told you the foreign office and here is an email from them... Then with high confidence I gave him a print out of the email

The employee looks at the email and says: where did you get this from

Me… FROM THE FOREIGN OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!

He threw it away then says: its means nothing since your visa application canceled there is nothing to do about it

Me: but the foreign office said …

He cut my speech and said: look you complained and they answered your complain

Me: so fix it

He: there is nothing can be done

Me: then what is that email means

He: means that maybe we would take from you a fee for new visa application

And so I applied for a new visa and they take a fee from me after the same words said again from the employee on the 2^nd window after he put me on security check with no reason or maybe she have a reason ~~how dare me I complain on what they say or do !! and so do my passport returns for me after the 14 days of waiting with 2 German letters said in the 1^st from the embassy of Germany in Cairo that we reject your visa and there is nothing you can do about it , you can’t complain, you can’t sue and we not going to tell you the reasons why we reject your application and another paper that it’s looks like an common reasons they refuse visas for it or a recommendations they sent to the foreign office says that they not think I will be back to Germany and they believe I don’t have a financial support and I don’t have a job and I don’t have family in Germany ….. LMAO don’t ask don’t tell

Later on the CNN Arabic I read that the Egyptian ministry of foreign affairs says that they got about thousands of complains about some European embassy in Cairo was so un-polite and in sometimes rude with the applicants and ask for huge financial proof and the ministry are worry and upset about it … that’s it they had their heart broken poor them :(

Conclusion

-When you knows that you a black sheep you have to know that you have no right`s so shut up don’t urge and kiss some ass even if it was the tea boy in Moldova`s embassy

-if the European governments thinks that by this way they resist the flux or immigration as they say`s then you all wrong!! Because all you do is stop people like me who comes to do something useful and can’t stop a loser who knows another loser but citizen of you beloved country who will come there and ask for unemployment Allowance so enjoy your work!!!

-if I heard any of my American friends nag about their government foreign policy again I will punch you in the face because at least this policy keep your dignity and gave you an international freedom of go anywhere and protected you anywhere plus who cares about the world anyway =]

Introduction

Hi my name is moody and I am a black sheep. Yes I am, 1^st I am a citizen of the ARAB dictatorship (republic) of EGYPT and when you read this you have to know that it’s not one problem it’s several.

1^st its ARAB do I need to tell more about this if so then you a UFO or something. 2^nd EGYPT and that defines two things, one am a poor Arab which is worse than wealthy Arabs and oil profiteering yeah the one you all westerns call them dipper head. Two which is privet case here its Egypt itself under the ruling of the ACE MUHAMMED HOSNY MUBARAK since 1981 until now 2009 that’s means I been born and lived and maybe dyeing and he still the president. What is the problem with that? I tell you firstly the ministry of foreign relations or as Americans call it department of state is nothing but name just as like other ministry`s in the MUBARAK administration and that was the deal (winks winks) you keep the Egyptians shut up and we give you benefits like 2.1 billion USAID or we will shut up about whatever you do just keep those sheep’s shut up and the sheep’s do shut up and who don’t he will the hard way. Days pass and we say yeah we will be okay but we don’t and that’s result to two things one you fly away (my case) or you stay here as a black sheep accept whatever you can have here.

Migratory birds

This is the case number 1 which is the main point why I am writing this. Migratory birds as the press calling us people who what to get the hell outa here, and like everything here in Egypt immigration is classified to levels

1- Rich Arab countries:

This people who accepts the fact that they will be a black sheep`s forever. So they go to the rich Arab man or what we call it gulf countries or oil countries. And they start the slavery every Arab (poor one) have to get someone to be his sponsor (the kaffel slavery of the 22th century) this kaffel take your passport all your papers most of your money and if he want maybe your wife in the name of the law and in the name that no one going to care what happens to you or even to all Egyptians that`s in this country or even the universe. So why they go there if it`s bad maybe as bad as Egypt. Simple they will say [okay sheep`s but at least get paid for it].

Case study:

An Egyptian architect salary 2 years experience about 1500$ monthly American or European 6000$

2-The western lands (Western Europe + North America)….the promise land ~wink`s

Oh yeah this people is the best. I was (still) one of them lol. These birds are under the dreams or even Mirage of the freedom , equality , love , wealth and all pink world issue`s and this one also level`s the gentlemen and the assholes . the gentlemen who believe that what written on the website of the European and American embassy`s and the assholes is the one who tried what on the embassy`s websites and failed so they decided to go there on a boat or hunt a citizen women from there to marry her (yeah another shape of the new slavery age, sell yourself or die) and you will find yourself also alone so you can go to jail and no one cares about you, Or be stabbed by a neo-Nazi who want to use his freedom of stab ops I mean freedom of speech on you

Case study:

Since I was one of the dreamy people, these cases study about me. Hi again am Mohammed or as friends call me moody. Am architecture engineer /intern architect am type A gentlemen. All I want is to make a good future to me and keep my dignity so I refused to go to rich Arab men and tried to go to the democracy and opportunity lands. So I diced to try but the legal way not on a boat or by hunting women because I respect the law`s and am a gentlemen I never use a women. I was and still a chat geek so I have a plenty of friends all over the world more than here in Egypt. I was always seeing them easily apply for internship somewhere, got accepted then pack, fly and work... That’s it so easy. No it’s not for two years am applying for internship `s then half paid internships then NON-paid internships and all I get is nothing!! And after 2 years finally I got a 6 months non-paid internship in Germany. YEEEEYY FINALY WOHOOOO

And here was the start. Load of papers and appointment after 3 weeks from your call to take one and the promising day came’s WOHOO!!

Me: Hi I want to apply for 6 months (more than 90 days) visa

Security officer: take this form and Fill it and take a number

I did that and other things that toke 6 hours of fill applications take stamps and get checked and finally paid the fee and woop am almost there :):)

Days pass (25 days) … that’s it I will call them ..

Me: hi I want to check my visa application

I don’t know who: what is your case number

Me: xxxxxx

I don’t know who: wait a sec. yeah your visa application been rejected

Me: what!! Why!!!

I don’t know who: I don’t know its temporary permit residence here is temporary visa`s section

Me: ok what is the phone number of the temporary permit residence?

I don’t know who: they don’t have phone and there is nothing to do about it

Me: ok thank you bye

All this gone that’s what I said, money and dreams and time all gone with the wind …. But know I will send and complain to the foreign office yeah I will do

I wrote a nice e-mail and the Conclusion is they said sorry for what I faced and blah blah and they will help me and whoop the suddenly ignored me every day for a month I sent them an emails and no answer (later I know that the employ who was have my case was on vacation ) during this month I said ok I will apply for visa for 90 days which is easier and all apply for it and asked the office to make my internship 3 months and they said ok and I toke a new appointment and one day before it I got an email from the foreign office said that the embassy wait from me a paper to fix my permit residence !!! What the HELL?

After hours of being angry and asking and wondering next day I gone and told them what happened and showed them the email and they told me in cold blood: this paper means nothing once your visa application denied there is nothing to do to activate it again … oh yeah then what was this email was this employee stoned. They answer: no no it’s just a paper so if you applied for new visa you maybe not pay any fee, cool!!

I applied for new visa and the same happened 6 hours of checking and rechecking and suffering from bad manners employees and at the end they asked me for the fee!!! I paid after the employee already told me that the other employee told me that I (MAYBE) not charged for new visa. then I asked when I get my visa she said 21 days later ( all who was apply for 90 days visa this day was been told they have to wait 14 days :) ) okay whatever thanks bye. What I noticed that both times there was load of people came to apply for visa and they were all have German girls with them and they were happy laughing and all is okay

After 14 days I got my passport with 2 German letters and no visa and after hard work I knowed that 1^st letter tells me (the one from the embassy) that my visa been rejected and I can’t complain about it and they don’t have to tell me why it’s rejected and the 2^nd one looks like it’s from the foreign office which says they think I will never return and I don’t have employment in Germany and I don’t have enough money and I don’t have family in Germany …..

After I read this I was like hot and cold and never know what is going on, the reason I going there is employment and I already showed money more than they asked for!! Where is the problem?

The one who translate this later for me answered me on this after he blame me that am so nervous he said YOU FOOL they will never give you visa to work because there is a lot of employment people here in Germany

Well 1^st it’s not paid job its unpaid means I will pay for myself from money comes from outside Germany so they will earn my money and in same time there is no harm that they lose an UNPAID job!!!

That`s what I told him before I leave and wrote this that is the real reason is am a black sheep and I wasn’t know it but everyone was saying it when the employees in the embassy was always says its hard its going take time it was the a sign when that guy laugh at me while he was holding this fat German girl it was sign when the foreign office hold my case 30 days because the employee who was have my case have a vacation and then they don’t even says sorry , fix the old visa application or help me with a new one it was a sign

Note: am single and looking ~ winks winks age not matter only wealth and citizenship that matters :) oh and love indeed it’s all about love
